Da li spadate u grupu onih koji počinju sa fizičkim vežbanjem zbog estetike, da li vas zanimaju brzi rezultati, takozvane transformacije ili spadate u grupu ljudi koji počinju ili se već bave vežbanjem zbog zdravlja? Neretko se susrećemo s ljudima koji žele brze rezultate, ljudima koji se godinama nisu pokrenuli i žele za mesec, dva ili tri da uđu u top formu i ujedno dođu do lepog i zategnutog tela. Odmah na početku da razjasnimo: Svi koji počinju s vežbanjem zbog izgleda definitivno će dobiti rezultat, ali uz istrajnost, kontinuirani rad koji traje više meseci pa čak i godina i pavilnu ishranu (koja je deinitivno presudna kada je reč o izgledu).

Zašto treniramo?

Da li spadate u grupu onih koji počinju sa fizičkim vežbanjem zbog estetike, da li vas zanimaju brzi rezultati, takozvane transformacije ili spadate u grupu ljudi koji počinju ili se već bave vežbanjem zbog zdravlja? Neretko se susrećemo s ljudima koji žele brze rezultate, ljudima koji se godinama nisu pokrenuli i žele za
mesec, dva ili tri da uđu u top formu i ujedno dođu do lepog i zategnutog tela. Odmah na početku da razjasnimo: Svi koji počinju s vežbanjem zbog izgleda definitivno će dobiti rezultat, ali uz istrajnost, kontinuirani rad koji traje više meseci pa čak i godina i pavilnu ishranu (koja je deinitivno presudna kada je reč o izgledu).

Svi rezultati koji se prave za mesec dana, sve “dijete” i programi vežbanja koji obećavaju brze i efikasne rezultate su marketinški trikovi koji većinom igraju na ljudsku psihu, pogađaju vas tamo gde ste najslabiji a to je nezadovoljstvo samim sobom, tačnije nezadovoljstvo svojim izgledom. Sve što se obećava od rezultata u mesec dana nije održivo na duge staze, morate kao u svemu, razmišljati dugoročno.

Da nas ne protumačite pogrešno, moguće je za mesec dana izgubiti 5 ili 8kg (zavisi ustvari koliki je vaš višak), ali u većini slučajeva sve se vrati, ako ne i doda na vraćeno. Onda imate slučajeve gde osoba izgubi 5kg a posle prestanka dijete i vežbanja vrati 8 ili 10kg. Nakon toga dolazi do gubitka motivacije, javlja se nezadovoljstvo koje vodi prestanku vežbanja i vraćanju na stare navike. Pokušaćemo kroz ovaj tekst da vam pomognemo, da počnete da razmišljate o svojim ciljevima, da promenite svoju svest i ugao gledanja na fizičko vežbanje.

Živimo u svetu instagrama i facebook-a, u svetu u kome se sve dešava instant, brzo, gde se uz pomoć dva klika sve rešava. Mnogo vremena provodimo zureći u računare, mobilne telefone i tablete, što privatno tako i poslovno. Samim tim, prilično vremena provodimo sedeći, neaktivno, što zbog prirode posla, tako i zbog zadovoljstva i loše iskorišćenog slobodnog vremena. Čovek je biće koje ima potrebu za kretanjem, čovek je jedini organizam na svetu koji može da obavlja težak fizički posao, jedina jedinka koja može satima pa čak i danima da hoda. U priorodi nam je da se krećemo, budemo aktivni. Zbog manjka aktivnosti, fizičkog vežbanja, ljudi poprimaju oblik stolice, krive se i postaju bolesni. Umesto da se kreću i postanu aktivni, odgovore na trenutna stanja traže sedeći, pretražujući na internetu rešenja za brze dijete i najefektivnije trening programe.

Uzalud gubite vreme tražeći odgovore na ova pitanja, jer odgovor na njih svi znamo samo ne želimo da se pomirimo s tim. Problem je što ne želimo da radimo na sebi, želimo da nađemo prečicu, nešto što je lako i što iziskuje naše minimalno zalaganje, tako nešto ne postoji. Ono što treba da radimo jeste da menjamo svoje ciljeve, da menjamo svoju svest i način razmišljanja. Kao što smo pisali u prethodnim tekstovima, čoveku je u prirodi da se kreće i da bude fizički aktivan, ovo je ono što održava ljude u optimalnom stanju i dobrom balansu. Pošto je tema teksta zašto vežbamo, najviše ćemo se posvetiti pisanju o fizičkom vežbanju i tome zašto treba da vežbamo i na koji način.

Zašto treba da vežbamo?

Pored toga što vežbanje utiče metabolički, samim tim i fiziološki, na naš organizam, takođe treningom jačamo psihu, svoje mentalno stanje. Onda dolazimo do toga da moramo vežbati zbog zdravlja, vežbamo kako bismo povratili svoju ljudskost, jer čovek je stvoren da se kreće i bude fizički aktivan.

Kada usaglasimo zdrave navike, koje podrazumevaju pravilnu, izbalansiranu ishranu, pravilno fizičko vežbanje, i naravno kontinuranost u svemu navedenom, definitivno možemo očekivati dobre rezultate na svim poljima: zdravlju, mogućnostima i famoznom fizičkom izgledu. Fizički izgled uopšte ne mora biti merilo zdravlja osobe i sposobnosti/utreniranosti te osobe. Nažalost, većina teži ka istom, ali daleko su bitnije prve dve stavke koje se ne mogu proceniti golim okom.

Kako treba da vežbamo/kako da izaberemo pravi trening program?

Kada smo ustanovili zbog čega vežbamo, sledeće pitanje je na koji način treba da vežbamo, da li je određeni trening program baš pravi izbor za vas. Postoji ogroman broj trening programa koji se reklamiraju, mnogo fitnes sala i teretana koje nude različite programe vežbanja, ali kako da u moru svega toga odaberete pravu stvar? Kroz sledeća pitanja i odgovore pokušaćemo da vam damo smernice kako da odaberete pravi trening program.

-Da li trening program vodi stručno lice?

Ovo je veoma bitno, većina grupnih trening programa je vođena od strane ljudi koji nisu kvalifikovani za trenerski posao. S druge strane, veliki broj trenera ima potrebu da se ponaša kao zvezda na pozornici, koja služi da zabavlja ljude, a ne da ih podučava ili vodi kroz trening. Tako da birajte programe koje vode stručni
ljudi.

-Da li se na treningu sprovode vežbe za povećanje pokretljivosti?

Pošto smo već rekli da je sve više ljudi fizički neaktivno, nije dovoljno samo jačati mišiće. Potrebno ih je istezati, a ono što je jako bitno jeste povratiti pokretljivost zglobova. Prvo i osnovno pravilo treninga je da se vežbe izvode s dobrom formom pokreta, a za dobar pokret je neophodna dobra pokretljivost. Većina
ljudi izgubi pokretljivost i samim tim gubi mogućnost izvršavanja odeđenih obrazaca kretanja. Ukoliko ne postoji pravilno izvođenje pokreta/obrazca kretanja, trening može biti kontraproduktivan, šta više, veoma štetan za vaše telo. Zaključak je da treba birati treninge koji se sastoje ne samo od podizanja tegova i statičnih vežbi, već da se i u nekom delu treninga sprovode vežbe koje uključuju kretanje tela kroz prostor.

-Da li se na treningu sporvode vežbe za jačanje mišića “jezgra” (CORE-a)?

Većina trenera pogrešno sprovodi vežbe za jačanje CORE regije, šta više, dosta programa uključuje u rad samo mišiće trbušnog zida, kroz pokrete pregiba trupa, ali ove vežbe ne rade pravi posao kada je reč o jačanju regije koja zahteva posebnu pažnju. Mišići koji čine CORE su mnogo više od samo jednog mišića koji se vežba kroz pomenute pokrete. Mišići “jezgra” služe da stabilizuju telo, i da spreče neželjene pokrete. Na taj način treba i da se treniraju. To su pokreti rotacije, antirotacije, antilateralne (bočne), fleksije (pregibanja) (nošenje raznih predmeta). Ukoliko program vežbanja nema u sebi ove vežbe verovatno neće na pravi način utrenirati vaše mišiće jezgra.

-Da li trening ima takmičarski karakter?

Ukoliko ste početnik, ovo vam može zadati mnogo više problema nego koristi. Trening nikako ne treba da bude takmičarskog karaktera, koliko kilograma je ko podigao, koliko puta u jedinici vremena, koliko je ko uradio krugova i ostalo. U redu je da imate neke ciljeve koje treba ispuniti, da težite tome da pratite i merite svoj napredak, ali napredak i maksimalne mogućnosti pojedinca nikako ne treba stavljati na test uvek i na svakom treningu. Stoga birajte treninge u kojima možete sami diktirati svoj tempo, pogotovo kada ste početnik. Budite strpljivi i istrajni u postizanju rezultata. Ne moraju nužno treninzi da budu neizdrživo teški, da se na njima povraća i pada u nesvest.

-Da li trening obuhvata sve ili bar većinu pokreta koje naše telo može da izvede?

Pokreti koji treba da se nađu u kvalitetno osmišljenom trening programu su sledeći:

Puzanje, guranje, vučenje, pokret seda (dominantno kolenima, dominantno kukovima), bacanje, podizanje, rotiranje/antirotiranje, nošenje i ustajanje.

Ovo je lista gotovo svih pokreta koje naše telo može da izvede i bar 6 pokreta od ovih 10 mora da se nađe u trening programu.

Sada kada znate zašto treba da trenirate i kako treba da trenirate, vreme je da donesete pravu odluku i počnete sa fizičkim vežbanjem što pre. I upamtite – vežbajte zbog zdravlja i mogućnosti, a ne samo zbog fizičkog izgleda.
